Principle

1. Distance of bond = Radii of two atom balls and length of one bonding stick
2.Radii of atom balls are obtained via classification algorithms that consider the condition of valence.
3. Length of bonding stick is differentiated by the bond order (n).
4. Ball radii and stick length are multiplied by a certain value for visualization of the structure.
